The BarberaCares Bear and the Gary Barbera Jeep Gladiator and Purple Plymouth Prowler at the Upper Dublin Tricentennial Parade
Location: Meetinghouse Road on the Temple University Ambler Campus
Gary Barbera and his Barbera Cares team—including the famous Barbera Cares Bear—have been partnering with the Miss Philadelphia pageant for over 20 years. Through this partnership they’ve met many local pageant winners. Barbera Cares has had the privilege of driving pageant winners in many parades over the past several years.
The Upper Dublin Tricentennial Parade will feature the following pageant winners in the Gary Barbera Cares parade vehicles:
-Miss Bucks County (Sarah Hughes)
-Miss Montgomery County (Lexi Brooks)
-Miss Liberty Bell (Jenna Monterana)
-Miss Liberty Bell’s Outstanding Teen (Maddie Matthews)
-Miss Mountain Laurel (Kayla Meyers)
2019 marks Upper Dublin Township’s Tricentennial. Upper Dublin Township was formally incorporated as a Township in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1719. In celebration of this historic milestone, the Upper Dublin Township Tricentennial Committee has planned many exciting events for 2019.
